FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
We create a range of handcrafted wooden pieces, primarily using offcuts and reclaimed timber from our workshop. Each item is individually made, meaning no two pieces are ever the same.
Our work includes bowls, chopping boards, pyrography designs, and wooden climbing holds — all crafted with a focus on quality, character, and minimal waste.
While most of our materials come from reclaimed or leftover timber, some pyrography pieces are created using carefully sourced wood, chosen specifically to suit the design.
At the heart of what we do is a simple idea: turning overlooked materials into something functional, unique, and made to last.
How do I get started?

If you’re looking for something more personal or have a specific idea in mind, we’re always happy to discuss bespoke work — just get in touch and we’ll take it from there.
What makes you different?
3
We’re a small, two-person workshop with a hands-on approach to everything we make. Aside from the essential machinery used to prepare the wood, each piece is shaped, finished, and detailed by hand.
We work primarily with offcuts and reclaimed timber, allowing the material itself to guide the process. Rather than producing in batches, we create pieces organically, responding to the grain, the shape, and the character of each piece of wood.
Our pyrography work adds another layer to this, with each design burned by hand directly into the surface. No templates, no shortcuts, just careful, considered detail that makes every piece truly one of a kind.
The result is simple: no two items are ever the same. Each one is unique, made with care, and created because we genuinely love what we do.
Do you take custom orders?
4
Yes, we do.
If you have something specific in mind whether it’s a particular size, shape, or a custom pyrography design, we’re always happy to discuss bespoke pieces.
Because we work primarily with reclaimed and offcut timber, each commission depends on the materials we have available at the time. This means we can’t always guarantee exact matches, but we’ll work closely with you to create something that captures your idea as closely as possible.
If you’d like to start a custom order, just get in touch and we’ll take it from there.
What are you processing times and do you accept returns?
5
For items that are already made and in stock, we aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days.
For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing times will be longer. We’ll discuss the details with you and provide a clear timeframe before starting the work.
We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging. You can read more of our Terms and Conditions here.
As each bespoke piece is made to your specification, custom orders are non-refundable.
